4 Leaves Mint

2 tbsp Lime Juice

2 packets Stevia or your preferred low-carb sweetener

1 1/2 ounce vodka

1/2 cup Club Soda

Lime Slice to garnish

Ice

Instructions

1. In a tall glass, add the mint leaves, lime juice, and stevia. Muddle until the aroma is released, and stevia or another sweetener is dissolved.

2. Fill the glass with ice. Pour in the vodka and club soda.

3. Top with lime wedges and mint.
